Ok, let me get this straight.  The paper starts with the directions, then Part 2.  The students get confused.  You still call this a case of  考生糊塗 ?
Where I came from, Part 1 usually follows the directions, then onward to part 2, regardless of whether there's a passage to be read, or not.  No?
[版主回覆05/25/2009 12:46:00]Teacher: Somehow I can't pity the students . As the Reading Passages booklet is only a kind of attachment, they should read the instructions in the Question-Answer booklet first and carefully .
But of course, I don't think it's a good idea to include a grammar usage section in the Reading paper, even though that part is extremely easy.

  2. " 先別說亂過馬路的大小朋友 ...":  I think this is more than a " 不喜閱讀指示 " problem , it's also a risk assessment problem.  It's a classic case of a "candy vs factory" gamble (huge risk, negligible gain), and it's a foolish move IMO.
