茶水間

公司位處的大廈,一層兩伙,共用樓層廁所。


每朝上廁所,定必看見對面公司的職員,忙於清洗水杯。到了午間,又會看見她們清洗飯盒。


不過,這些事不是該在公司茶水間裡做的嗎?後來輾轉得知,原來對面公司裡的茶水間,是沒有洗手盆的。


望著自己公司茶水間裡的洗手盆,忽然想:縱使制度是如何剝削員工,但有些小事情,還是蠻體貼的;起碼栗洗杯洗碗時,不用嗅到別人辦大事的異味。


不過,這些小恩小惠值得員工去感激嗎?請大家說給栗聽好了。

  1. 雖然在學校有工友嬸嬸,但也不好意思要她洗,習慣了自己洗...
    如果要我自己到洗手間洗杯,我猜自己一定寧願不喝了...

  4. 方便員工, 公司受為. Google 請員工食全日的. Even their cafeterias are planned in places where people from different departments can come together and share ideas.  What they could come up with worth a lot more that the meals that Google provided.

  6. Are you sure it's your employer who put in the sink?  It could've come with the lease. No?

  7. 我也不能接受在洗手間洗水杯/飯盒, 如果沒有茶水間, 那我會索性不洗. 拿回家才洗.

  8. Just because they are CEO or owners of business doesn't mean they have the vision for what is the best for the companies. Again, that is how the world go around. What goes up must comes down. Everything rise and fall.
